When you help me out by providing feedback, you'll not only help create a great atmosphere, but you'll get a reward for yourself. When you sign up at the Crocheted Moon you get access to our customer loyalty program where you can earn points towards rewards for completing certain actions. One of those actions is filling out the feedback form.

Here's how: (1) if you are not signed up as CM member, create an account to gain access to the customer loyalty program (2) select MORE on the menu tab, and click on "Give Feedback" (3) fill out and submit the feedback form (4) earn 15 points every time you submit a form towards great rewards
